E-Shikshaa

It has been said that there are two reasons why we learn;some LEARNING is essentially forced on us while the other is what we sit back and ENJOY.

Research shows that people learn better when they are comfortable and having fun.E-Shikshaa aims at bringing back the joy in learning through its innovative and interactive content delivery.

Please find below detailed steps on how to enroll into a class

Step 1: Register yourself with E-Shikshaa by clicking on the registration button on the Home Page.

Step 2: On successful registration you can login to the educational portal using your user name and password.

Step 3: Choose the category of your choice displayed on the left hand side of the site.

Step 4: On clicking any of the category it would display a list of sub-categories/courses available under that category.

Step 5: On clicking any of the sub-categories, it would in turn display a list of courses under that sub-category.

Step 6: On mouse over the course name, it displays brief information about the course and on mouse over the instructor name; it display brief information about the instructor.

Step 7: Clicking on the course name would display detailed description about the course.

Step 8: Click on the subscribe option to subscribe to the course.

Step 9: Successfully added to the cart message would be displayed.

Step 10: Repeat the steps if you wish to add more courses to your shopping cart.

Step 11: Click on the shopping cart, if you wish to check out.

Step 12: Click on Pay button to be connected to the payment gateway.

Step 13: After completing the payment process, click on My Courses tab to view a list of your subscribed courses.

Step 14: Select Today’s courses from your subscribed list and click on Join now to enter the course.

Step 15: Enter the virtual classroom; here as a student you will have the following options :

Virtually raise your hand/lower your hand.
Chat with the instructor/all attendees.
Interact with the instructor through the audio feature, if enabled.
An option to write on the virtual board.
An option to share documents/applications/ or even your entire desktop.
